Graduated from the University of Denver in 1972. Worked for the Associated Press, the Rocky Mountain News, Ohio Edison, WAKR-TV in Akron, Davidson Cantor Advertising, KNST Radio in Tucson, Southwest Gas in Las Vegas. Now own 3 TV stations and host a weekly TV show, “Las Vegas Tonight” on two TV networks. Martha and I divorced in 1998. Married to Lorri. We have 8 grandchildren.
School Story

Principal Barter called me to his office and said that since I was a class officer would I go and talk to the farmer who owned the barn across the street and mollify him over the newly painted “Class of 68” sign on his barn’s roof. I did so and my friends and I painted over the sign. Little did he know that the same guys painted the sign in the first place!
